Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order for most items. To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Not have been installed, assembled, or altered
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and fairness, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page or at checkout
- Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items
- Products that have been installed or assembled
- Products with unwrapped crystals (if applicable)
- Light bulbs
- Large quantities of the same product (4 or more)
- Items in transit
- Products not purchased from Auroraelogy
- Items valued over $1,500 with damage or missing parts, without proof from local logistics
- Orders placed maliciously or incorrectly due to customer error
To initiate a return, email us at service@auroraelogy.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with detailed instructions and a return address. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs using a trackable carrier. For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. After your return is authorized, we’ll email you the specific return address. Please share the tracking number with us to ensure we can monitor the package’s progress and process your refund promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take every precaution to ensure your lighting arrives in perfect condition, but transit issues can occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@auroraelogy.com.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Our Commitment: We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund within 48 hours of confirmation, with return shipping costs covered by us. We recommend working with a licensed electrician to inspect and test items before installation to identify any issues early.
Note: We are not responsible for labor costs or project delays resulting from defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email within 1-2 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-4 business days to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees, ensuring a cost-effective process.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Items marked as final sale or “non-returnable”
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address (based on courier proof of delivery, unless substantial evidence proves otherwise)
- Expedited shipping fees
- Tipping fees from the original order
- Severely damaged items without prior notification and proof
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
For defective or incorrect items, we offer exchanges with free replacement shipping. To request an exchange, contact us at service@auroraelogy.com within 30 days of delivery. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement. For non-defective items, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product to ensure the fastest resolution.
Cancellations
Cancellations are supported within 2 business days of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. To cancel, email us at service@auroraelogy.com with your order number. We’ll confirm the cancellation status within 12 hours. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. Changes in delivery time or shipment status are not grounds for cancellation.
